O Christmas Tree

Yes, I know I take forever to post these things.  We went to get our tree the first week of December and I'm just now posting it.  The girls had fun looking for a tree and spent most of the time looking for arrowheads.

Ballet positions

I caught Savannah leading Chuck Liddell through the positions of ballet.  I'm sure he would be pleased on how manly he is ;)  Here is first position......

My lil' 4-month-old

My little (big chunk) boy is already 4 months old!  Time goes by way to fast.  He can roll easily both ways and is trying to get up onto his knees.  Matthew also already weighs 19 pounds!  He is always laughing and smiling and just loves his sisters.  He loves to grab the kitty and try to put him in his mouth and just stroke his fur.  I am so blessed to have him and his beautiful sisters.  But can someone tell me why they all have to have Daddy's hair and eyes?!  So not fair :)

Parowan Memories....

So this weekend I went home to 'Gonah/Parowan.  It is sooo pretty there this time of year.  I got to see my best friend Timberlee!  We don't get to see each other often and we have been friends since the fourth grade.  I used to spent nearly every night at her house in the summer and we always had such a blast.  We used to sneak out at night a lot (sorry mom), hang out at the park, sneak into abandoned places, swim at the city pool, watch scary movies, eat lots of junk food, be silly, and just have fun.

We spent much of our time at the Parowan Park.  I feel so old now seeing my children play there.

We often went to Wild Bills for candy and soda.  So sad to see it go......

But we mostly went to the Maverick.  We would always walk here from Timberlee's house and, of course, I never wore any shoes!

The Parowan canyon is gorgeous too.....

My favorite part of smalls towns....the herding of various livestock.

Matthew's Blessing

This Sunday we blessed our sweet baby Matthew Neal Young.  It was so nice that my parents were able to make it. We also had a nice lunch at Matt's parents.  The outfit he is wearing is a size 6-9 months and he is only 3 months!  He's such a cute little chunker :)

Up the canyon

Last weekend we went up Clover Creek Canyon to get the dogs out for a swim.  The girls had a great time playing in the water and shooting the gun with Daddy.
